Praktikum: Projektassistenz (m/w/d)

Das ist Deine Rolle im Schryver-Team:

Du bist leidenschaftlich daran interessiert, neue Lösungen zu erforschen und zu wirkungsvollen Projekten beizutragen?
Werde Teil unseres Teams als Projektassistent für mindestens 3 Monate und begib dich auf eine spannende Reise mit uns. Eine anschließende Anstellung als Werkstudent ist möglich.

Das sind Deine Aufgaben:

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektleiter, um vordefinierte Projektaktivitäten zu unterstützen.
Sicherstellung einer effektiven Kommunikation von Projektstatus-Updates und Meilensteinergelungen an alle relevanten Interessenträger.
Sammeln und analysieren individueller Tarifvereinbarungen unserer Kunden.
Mitwirkung an der Definition eines neuen FOB-Tarifs, der auf die Projektziele abgestimmt ist.

Das bringst Du mit:

Du bist ein Teamplayer mit einem ausgeprägten Auge für Lösungen und Innovationen.
Kenntnisse in Excel und eine ausgeprägte Begabung für IT- und Prozessanalyse.
Hohe Serviceorientierung und proaktive Herangehensweise an die Problemlösung.
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Spanisch- und Portugiesisch Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.

This is your role in our Schryver team:

Are you passionate about exploring new solutions and contributing to impactful projects?
Join our team as a Project Assistant Intern for at least 3 months and embark on an exciting journey
with us. Subsequent employment as a working student is possible.

These are your main tasks and responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the project lead to support pre-defined project activities.
Ensure effective communication of project status updates and milestone achievements to all relevant stakeholders.
Collect and analyze individual tariff agreements from customers.
Contribute to the definition of a new house FOB-tariff that aligns with project objectives.
